What is your Return Policy?
- All sales are final and nonreturnable and/or nonrefundable. We will NOT re-sell any sold packages that have been returned to us. Therefore, we will not accept any returns or refunds.
How long does it take for orders to be processed and shipped?
- Orders usually take 24-48 hours to be processed and shipped.
Do you ship on holiday weekends?
- Packages are shipped out on business days. The following are holidays and considered to be non-business days:

- Standard Domestic (US) Shipping: Expect delivery in 3-7 business days.
- Priority Mail Shipping: Expect delivery in 2-3 business days.
- International Shipping: Expect International delivery in 10-14 business days.
Do you ship Internationally?
- We only ship to select countries. However, we are working on delivering our teas worldwide.

How long does International orders take to be delivered?
- Typically, it takes anywhere between 10-14 business days for an order to be delivered. However, some orders may take longer due to the destination countries' Customs and Border Protection laws.
