What is your Return Policy?

  • All sales are final and nonreturnable and/or nonrefundable. 

    How long does it take for orders to be processed and shipped?

    • Orders are processed and shipped every 48-72 hours. 

    Do you ship on holiday weekends?

    • Packages are shipped out on business days. The following are holidays and considered to be non-business days:
      • New Year’s Day (January 1st)
      • Martin Luther King’s Birthday
      • Presidents’ Day
      • Memorial Day
      • Independence Day
      • Labor Day
      • Thanksgiving Day
      • The Day After Thanksgiving Day
      • Christmas Day

    What should I do if I filled out incorrect address?

    • Please contact us as soon as you find the error and we will resolve the issue.

    How long will it take for me to receive my order?

    • Standard Domestic (US) Shipping: Expect delivery in 3-7 business days.
    • Priority Mail Shipping: Expect delivery in 2-3 business days.
    • International Shipping: Expect International delivery in 10-14 business days.

        Do you ship Internationally?

        • We only ship to select countries. However, we are working on delivering our teas worldwide.  

          To which countries do you ship Internationally?

          • Currently we ship to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle Of Man, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom

          How long does International orders take to be delivered?

          • Normally, it takes anywhere between 10-14 business days for an order to be delivered. However, some orders may take longer due to the destination countries' Customs and Border Protection laws.

          Are there any fees associated with international orders?

          • Your order may be subject to custom fees or taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your particular country. However, the amount does depend on the country to which the order was shipped. 
          • Atman Tea Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying these additional charges for customs clearance. We must declare all items at their full price and cannot change this amount to lower custom fees.

            What should I do if I want to opt-out of email newsletters?

            • Please inform us though our Contact Page that you no longer want to be part of our Newsletter and you will be promptly removed.
