Kenya is the only country that is not in Asia to be included on the list, and it produces 432,400 m/t of tea year.
India is known for producing some of the world’s most extraordinary teas in the world. In fact, it is where our tea originates, and it produces 1,208,780 m/t of tea per year.
It hardly comes as a surprise, given the fact that tea was discovered in China thousands of years ago, but China produces the most teas in the world with an astonishing 1,924,457 m/t of tea per year.
